These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Haikuo website, and any purchase you make from Haikuo Trading. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Haikuo Trading sells genuine, professionally refurbished smartphones. Every device is tested, inspected, cleaned, and restored to full working condition before being offered for sale. All devices sold are genuine products from their respective manufacturers.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order with us. By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide during account creation and checkout is accurate and complete.
3. Product Descriptions & Condition Grading
We describe each device's cosmetic and functional condition as accurately as possible, including its condition grade, storage, and color. Refurbished devices may show minor signs of prior use consistent with their stated grade; this does not affect functionality, which is verified before listing.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability). Payments are processed securely through our supported payment partners, including cards (Visa, Mastercard), UPI, Net Banking, and Razorpay.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. Delivery timelines and shipping charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, and all eligible devices include a 6-Month Functional Warranty. Full details, including what is and isn't covered, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by, any third party. All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Haikuo Trading or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every care to ensure devices are accurately described and function correctly, Haikuo Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of a purchased device, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
